Use your phone, tablet, or digital camera to record a video of yourself performing the movement you’d like your online hitting coach to analyze and assist with.
Submit your video using the OnForm app, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. After signing up for the Holistic Baseball online hitting platform, you'll receive a personal invite to join OnForm.
Your online hitting coach will review your video using markup tools and audio commentary, providing a detailed breakdown of your swing mechanics, timing, and rhythm.
Each membership includes access to Holistic Baseball's extensive library of drill tutorials. Based on your video submission, your online hitting coach will recommend specific drills to help you improve in key areas.

Brett Balkan, a former standout shortstop from Carlsbad High School, played at San Diego Mesa College, where he won a batting title and earned All-American honors before transferring to Cal State Northridge. His professional career spanned multiple leagues, including the Pecos League, where he won a championship and was named both regular season and postseason MVP. After transitioning into coaching, Balkan served as a hitting, infield, and mental strength coach while continuing to contribute on the field, earning multiple All-Star selections and leading his teams to championships.
Brett has been a top hitting coach in San Diego for over a decade, having helped hundreds of players become better hitters.
